Individuals can drop-in during STI Quick Test Clinic hours\, and provide a self-collected sample (pee in a cup and/or throat swab and/or rectal swab). \nIf you are experiencing symptoms such as burning when you pee\, abnormal discharge\, pelvic or testicular pain\, you should seek assessment and testing from a healthcare provider who can provide prompt treatment at the time of assessment. There is no health care provider at this clinic to assess symptoms and full consultation is not available at the Quick Test Clinic. Treatment is offered after a lab result has been received by HPEPH. \nIf you’ve been notified by a sexual partner that you’ve come into contact with a STI or are interested in testing for other STI/BBI’s\, please call the Sexual Health Program to speak with a Public Health Nurse\, 613-966-5500 ext 243. \n\n\nKey things to remember if you attend the STI Quick Test Clinics:\n\n\nThis is a quick test clinic for chlamydia and gonorrhea ONLY. Eligibility criteria can be reviewed on the HPEPH COVID-19 Vaccines page. \nAppointments are required\n \nAll eligible individuals who have a green Ontario photo health card (expired cards accepted) may book an appointment through the provincial booking site\, or by calling the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900 from 8 am to 8 pm\, 7 days a week. \nIndividuals with a red and white Ontario health card may book an appointment through the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre by phone at 1-833-943-3900. \nIndividuals who do not have an Ontario health card must contact HPEPH at 613-966-5500. HPEPH staff will assign a COVID ID (a unique number to be used in place of an Ontario health card number). Individuals with a COVID ID may book an appointment through the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre by phone at 1-833-943-3900.

Individuals can drop in during STI Quick Test Clinic hours\, fill out a form (bring your health card if you have one) and provide a self-collected sample (pee in a cup and/or throat swab and/or rectal swab) – no appointment necessary. \nPeople who believe they may have an STI and are experiencing symptoms such as burning when they pee\, abnormal discharge\, pelvic or testicular pain\, should seek assessment and testing from a medical professional. There is no health care provider at this clinic and full consultation is not available.
