Score of 13 or more
Your score indicates you are likely experiencing symptoms of perinatal depression. We strongly suggest you see your health care provider for a more personalized assessment. It’s also important that you talk to your support people about how you are feeling.
Depression and anxiety are common conditions, and there are treatments and support options that can help. The sooner you talk to someone, the sooner you’ll be on the road to recovery.
Remember – you are not alone, you are not to blame, and support will help you feel better.
