HPEPH Dashboards

Knowledge exchange, communication, and transparency, are key components of the Ontario Public Health Standards. As part of HPEPH’s efforts to ensure community partners have access to information that helps understand local issues of public health significance, the following dashboards are available for public information. It is important to note that these dashboards reflect the best data available at the time of publication, from available sources. Please refer to technical notes for each dashboard to learn more about publication frequency, data sources, and potential limitations of the data.

As of Jan. 1, 2025 Hastings Prince Edward Public Health; Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington Public Health; and Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit merged to form Southeast Public Health (SEPH).

You will begin to see the new Southeast Public Health branding appear on our resources and advertising materials. You will continue to see some documents using the legal name South East Health Unit.
